Exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Operations Consultant to lead and shape Human Resource practices, deliver positive outcomes and outstanding employee experiences.

As the Senior HR Operations Consultant, you will be managing a team of Human Resource Consultants, contribute effectively to the efficient operation of the HR and Training functions, undertaking senior and strategic responsibility for administrative and coordination activities that span across the entire employee lifecycle of Adecco DFR team members.

Job Description:

As the Senior HR Operations Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the effective HR service delivery. You will manage a team of HR Operations Consultants, support the entire employee lifecycle, working closely with the Talent and Training teams to assist leaders in the management of their employees, administration of Human Resources information systems to track and maintain HR-related data such as employee contracts, compensation and personal data, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Adecco policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first escalation point and manage a team of HR Operations Consultants, to raise any issues or seek advice
  • Support the Human Resources Business Partner(s) in responding to complex HR queries and tasks from employees.
  • Provide HRIS advice and data to support business decisions
  • Develop implement & continuously improve HR policies and processes
  • Lead and manage a team of HR Operations Consultants, providing guidance and support to implement best practices and optimize HR service delivery
  • Maintain existing HR policies, procedures and processes
  • Provide timely briefings to the HR Business Partner(s) on critical issues impacting the HR Operations team
  • Deliver support and guidance to employees and executives across a range of HR matters including recruitment, employment conditions, workplace behaviour, performance management and employee development
  • Maintain HR systems including core HRIS, Performance Management and engagement surveys with high data accuracy and integrity
  • Oversee the execution of core ‘hire to retire’ employee events including new starters, employment contracts, remuneration changes, transfers, terminations, contract extensions, employee letters and conversions
  • Respond to complex employee queries on HR processes and procedures within 48 hours, escalating to the HR Business Partner(s) as required, ensuring the inquirer is kept up to date with progress

Candidate Profile

As the Senior HROps Consultant, you will have 4+ years of experience working in a similar role with a focus on operations and managing a team of junior consultants.
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or relevant field is preferable.

Your background will demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high performing team, fostering a collaborative team culture and optimizing team efficiency
  • Experience in efficiently leading HR Projects
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HR software, data analytic tools and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes and drive operational successes
  • Experience in using HRIS
  • Great personal drive and the ability to adapt to ever changing environment
  • A process improvement mindset
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior executives and internal teams effectively
  • Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks.
