The Employment Review team in Human Resources is seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Senior HR Services Officer to join the team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide high quality and confidential HR support to the Employment Review team to effectively deliver employee and industrial relations services. The Position
- Provide leadership and direction to officers providing Employment Review services to clients.
- Query, retrieve, analyse and present data in various formats.
- Have experienced in using Departmental tools and resources (including only systems, such as excel, TSS, MyHR, Service Now etc) to query and retrieve data stored in corporate information systems, and to analyse and present data to be utilised in Employment Review matters.
- Undertake proactive reviews in accordance with section 115 of PS Act and Directive 02/23.
- Develop, maintain, update and analyse periodic reports specific to Employment Review matters.
- Participate in the development of statistical analysis, interpretation and reporting procedures for Human Resources related data.
- Check and quality assure the work of colleagues to maximise the level of team output in terms of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all correspondence and administrative documents.
- Employ high level computer literacy to use appropriate software programs and utilise a range of recording and tracking tools that support the Employment Review functions.
- Provide operational advice and support in relation to Employment Review matters.
