We are proud to be partnering with a key Global Provider on a major digital transformation initiative and are looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to provide a key role in their Architecture team.
The role is a 12 months contract opportunity.
This portfolio of work will form a very significant part this organisation’s plans and investment for this year and beyond and is a fantastic opportunity to join early and influence at the outset of a significant multi-year program.
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect will provide technical leadership and guidance within the domain to translate business requirements into architectural patterns and solution designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
The role plays a key role in the strategy, design, and governance of strategic investment to align to the evolving technology requirements of the organisation.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need:
- Relevant experience in identity and access management concepts
- Ability to provide technical input to strategic planning activities.
- Ability to design identity models in line with industry standards, guidelines, and frameworks for lifecycle management, SSO integration and federation.
- Strong technical, analytical, and conceptual thought abilities for architectural documentations.
- Proven experience in monitoring, managing, maintaining, and designing identity solutions for internal, external, and third-party access.
- Develops the architecture, design and standards of Identity and Access Management infrastructures including Okta, Azure Active Directory, SAML, Federation of Directories, Enterprise and Business Directories, and Enterprise Authentication, Single Sign-on and Provisioning system.
- Research new Identity and Directory Technologies applying these to architecture and designs with business needs and cost in mind.
- Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
- Use Active Directory and Okta knowledge to manage access entitlements between diverse systems.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to the business stakeholders and understand their core business processes, business priorities which can be enhanced using IM solutions.
- Create/write highly effective internal communications.
- Provide Identity and access management advisory, solution architecture, and consulting to internal projects of varying size.
- Drive organization wide strategy and implementation plans including but not limited to Privileged Access Management, Single Sign On, and IAM governance.
- Assist in alignment of overall security governance as it relates to IAM with IT architecture governance.
It will be ideal if you also have:
- Experience in enterprise scale technologies, especially in the Healthcare sector.
- Experience in supporting virtual/remote environments.
- Experience in Cloud Identity Management.
- Information security certifications (such as CISSP, CSSLP, CEH/CPT or related certifications) would be a plus
- Previous experience in the health care sector.
