Join us as a Senior ICT Officer - School Technology Advisor and lead the delivery and operation of essential platforms and services for Brisbane Catholic Education schools and offices. Your expertise will shape our technological landscape, ensuring seamless operations and empowering our educational community. • Provide lead advice to schools in relation to device management, networks, and other supporting technology at BCE schools such as telephony, security and AV.
• Support major technologies include VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Server, client operating systems (Windows, MacOS & iOS), and Cisco wired and wireless networking.
• Establishing BCE's position and guidance for the acquisition, deployment, and management of devices and supporting infrastructure in schools.
• Utilising documentation published on Spire (Intranet) and presentations to the school IT community to convey this guidance effectively.
• Provide professional learning and supervision for ICT Officers in the team.

About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate

• Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma) in Information Technology
• Offer high-level technical direction and support for information systems and services.
• Manage devices and networks in educational settings.
• Leads technical projects on time and within budget.
• Implements new ICT projects.
• Maintains and supports information systems to meet our standards.
• Can develop solutions, manage projects, and provide support.
• Provides professional development and supervision for ICT Officers.
