Join us as a Senior ICT Officer - School Technology Advisorand lead the delivery and operation of essential platforms and services for Brisbane Catholic Education schools and offices. About the role:
- Provide lead advice to schools in relation to device management, networks, and other supporting technology at BCE schools such as telephony, security and AV.
- Support major technologies include VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Server, client operating systems (Windows, MacOS & iOS), and Cisco wired and wireless networking.
- Establishing BCE's position and guidance for the acquisition, deployment, and management of devices and supporting infrastructure in schools.
- Utilising documentation published on Spire (Intranet) and presentations to the school IT community to convey this guidance effectively.
- Provide professional learning and supervision for ICT Officers in the team.
About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
- Tertiary qualifications (Degree or Diploma) in Information Technology
- Offer high-level technical direction and support for information systems and services.
- Manage devices and networks in educational settings.
- Leads technical projects on time and within budget.
- Implements new ICT projects.
- Maintains and supports information systems to meet our standards.
- Can develop solutions, manage projects, and provide support.
- Provides professional development and supervision for ICT Officers.
