What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for leveraging Circana's Market Measurement solutions (Market Read and Shopper Panel) to help retail clients make better business decisions that grow their business.
Job Responsibilities
- With a focus on Market Read and Shopper Panel, act as an analytical champion within Circana and the client, setting the standard for best-in-class delivery, recommendations, and problem solving
- Define problems through consultations with the clients management stakeholders, identifying their needs and objectives to propose and implement suitable solutions, to maintain and grow revenue
- Work consultatively with the client, to develop high level analytical briefs and provide advice and guidance for key milestones, desired outcome, resources required and timeline for delivery
- Incorporate into analysis different data sources, client learnings, reports, research, and broader industry insights that go beyond Circana data, to provide valuable market insights
- Develop, maintain, and manage high levels of engagement with the client, across key stakeholders of different levels, decision makers, and integral 3rd party vendor relationships
- Manage client's expectations and plan workload accordingly
- Train and support client stakeholders to effectively utilise our platforms and products
- Support, and at times lead, the process of selling in new solutions to the client
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, within the FMCG industry
- An advanced understanding of analytical concepts related to market, sales, and shopper data
- Exceptional client service consulting and advisory skills
- Proven ability to manage, influence and motivate others
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and articulate presentation skills
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Ability to interpret data and leverage insights to influence business decisions
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and high levels of attention to detail
- Proven project management skills with ability to meet or exceed expectations and deadlines
