About the role:
In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, this role will review, develop, implement and maintain the audit function across the City with the aim of identifying risk and adding value through internal control systems, evaluation and improvement to mitigate risks, ensuring strategic outcomes and organisational goals and objectives are achieved.
This role will consolidate the City’s internal audit function and plays a key role in the overall success of the auditing function.by building on and improving existing systems and processes in collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
