About the role

Drawing on your extensive experience in internal audit, you will play a vital role in planning, developing, and managing projects. You will have demonstrated experience in modern internal audit concepts, techniques and the standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors. Demonstrated ability to conduct internal audits that bring value to the organisation.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced person to fill the position of Senior Internal Auditor.
The Senior Internal Auditor is responsible for leading independent and objective internal audits across the Department to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and governance processes. The position provides advice to directorates on audit matters. The position also supports the Chief Audit Executive with the development and implementation of the strategic annual audit program.
We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.
