Are you an experienced lawyer ready to take on a position delivering high-quality family law services? You will be assisting vulnerable Queenslanders by providing specialist services in child support, child protection, domestic violence, social work, dispute resolution and family law matters.
What you will do
- Representing clients including preparing matters, instructing counsel and personally appearing as an advocate in complex matters
- Help the principal lawyer to supervise legal work and develop the legal skills, train and guide staff
- Provide duty lawyer services and advice
About you: The successful candidate will have
- Extensive experience in the conduct of family law, domestic violence, child protection and any other related matters
- Detailed knowledge of the practice and procedure of family and related law
- You contribute to the professional development of others including, providing clear guidance, constructive feedback and legal supervision

- 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
