What is the Work Mix?
Your role will be varied across a range of sectors where each day will be different as you will be involved in:

• Drafting and advising on contracts
• Infrastructure and projects - including roads, port facilities and hospitals.
• Tendering and procurement
• Commercial property law and leases
• IP, trademarks,Technology, licensing and copyright
• Charities and trusts

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with industry experts, providing expert guidance on commercial, technology, infrastructure, property and government matters.
  
What You Need to Succeed?
To thrive in this role, the following criteria are essential:

• Minimum of 5 years of PAE as a lawyer, ideally at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.
• Have experience in a fair portion of the above work mix.
• Current eligibility to practice law in Australia, particularly within Queensland
