As a result of continued growth this new position would suit a Learning & Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and possesses the tenacity, initiative, and ability to create and deliver impactful training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
- Facilitate and deliver dynamic and interactive learning experiences, including new employee inductions.
- Analyse and assess training needs analysis data to identify skill gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and schedule learning sessions.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of our Training Needs Analysis
- Develop technical training packages with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment would be desirable.
- Strong foundation of Learning & Development gained through previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational taxonomy’s
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong relationship management skills and a focus on delivering results.
- 9-day fortnight
