About the Role
As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will support a Senior Associate on Plaintiff Public Liability matters. You duties will include:
| Diary management
| Preparation of correspondence and documents
| Drafting legal documents including pleadings, notice of claims
| Compiling and drafting briefs
| Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers, courts, solicitors
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years Personal InjuriesSenior Legal Assistant experience.
About the law firm, employee benefits and salary
Well established Plaintiff Personal Injury national law firm. Brisbane office has 50 staff. Offer work from home options after training (2 days a week). No dictation, no filing, all electronic.
