Our client is seeking a senior level 5+ year PAE in-house Legal Counsel to play a key role in partnering with, and advising stakeholders across the organisation for an initial contract role for 12 months.
This not for profit is a fantastic community support network for all members of the public offering care to senior members of the community. Due to significant growth in the organisation, they are looking to hire a mid to senior level lawyer to join this growing legal team.
The Legal Team
Our client's legal team focus on a broad range of matters including BAU commercial contracts, construction, real estate, technology, regulatory advice and corporate M&A transactions.
You will work closely with the General Counsel, the wider legal team, as well as other key stakeholders including Executive, Board Operational Managers and External Advisers.

- Drafting and reviewing broad array of commercial contracts.
- Advising on corporate M&A transactions.
- Advising on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Managing business transactions.
- Dispute resolution as required.
This is an extremely broad role so a desire for a diverse practice is essential.
