Senior Litigation Lawyer

We are working with a newly established boutique litigation firm based in Burleigh Heads. This firm specialises in a diverse range of disputes, including employment, construction, defamation, and consumer issues. 

We are currently seeking a SeniorLitigation Lawyer to join this dynamic team. You can expect a balanced mix of autonomy and support. The firm is known for its client-focused approach, supportive mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth.

About the role: 

As a Litigation Lawyer with this firm, you will handle complex and challenging matters for a diverse client base, including small to large businesses, insolvency practitioners, and both employers and employees. You will also have the opportunity to provide mentorship to junior lawyers, demonstrate initiative, and excel in your career. Scope of work includes:

• General Commercial Litigation
• Dispute Resolution
• Joint Venture and Shareholder Disputes
• Contract Disputes
• Restructuring, Insolvency, and Debt Recovery
• Building and Construction Disputes
• Business and Employment Disputes

About you:

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in commercial disputes, with a strong track record of autonomy and quality work. However open to expressions of interest from all levels of experience  Ambitious individuals who strive for excellence and value mentorship and support will thrive in this role.
