This Remarkable Opportunity:The Commercial Disputes & Litigation practice provides expert advice and solutions on a range of legal matters primarily focused on Litigation and corporate and personal Insolvency. You will be offered an outstanding opportunity to assume responsibility of high-level work whilst working closely alongside a Consultant who plans to hand over his practice in a matter of the next 12 months - hence opening up the door to Partnership.
Your client base will be broad and encompass a mix of large corporations, private business owners and contractors. The work you will be involved in is both interesting and diverse and can range from insolvency litigation, estate disputes, and lease disputes, through to building disputes, shareholder disputes and risk management.
About You:
To be considered you will be an accomplished Commercial Litigation Lawyer, ideally with 8+ years of Litigation expertise within Australian court jurisdictions. There will be an element of business development involved in this role, so it is expected that you will bring to the team exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and continue to grow key business relationships.
