Senior Management Accountant

This family owned Construction group in Sydney CBD are currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. The role will see you manage a portfolio of projects in which you will be business partnering with Project and Construction Managers in everything financial relating to each projects.
  
Ideally you will have a strong accounting and reporting background while also possessing excellent interpersonal skills. The group have strong leadership, you will be full mentored while being given autonomy in the role and there will be a clear career path set out for the successful candidate who can make an impact.
  
The role includes;  

• Monthly Joint Venture reporting and analyse of projects monthly revenues
• Take ownership of Project forecasting process, partnering with key Operational Stakeholders
• Attend monthly project reviews to ensure that the projects are adhering to budgetary guidelines. 
• Responsible for ensuring the monthly management reporting for Joint Ventures and company projects
• Prepare on a monthly basis, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, BAS Returns and ABS Surveys for the company led Joint Ventures & Alliances
• Be a principal point of contact for external project audits, providing supporting evidence and reconciliations for labour costings.
