In this role, you'll:
Bring your experience in Building Services and Facility Asset Management to our Asset and Workplace Services team, in our Transport Shared Services branch in our Corporate Services Division.
You will work as part of the Asset and Workplace Services team to contribute to the overall customer experience and lead the provision of asset management services in close collaboration with a range of stakeholders.
You will have accountability for the Asset & Workplace Services Asset Register, including delivering a state-wide Asset Validation and Condition Assessment initiative, developing capital forecasting, asset management plans and project development.
You will provide technical advice to the design and onboarding of new facilities to the property portfolio, and offboarding of surplus sites.
This is a 2-year temporary position based in our Burwood office 2-3 days a week in a hybrid working model.

About you
You will have extensive experience in delivering technical building services/facility asset management, applying innovative and specialist problem solving skills to achieve outstanding outcomes in matters related to Asset Management, across large and complex Commercial and/or Industrial property portfolios.
You will have demonstrated knowledge of statutory legislation and obligations imposing or affecting operations and building services and sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
