We're energetic, committed to our purpose, and love creative and innovative thinking.What you'll do:The Senior Manager - Corporate & Internal Communications manages a team responsible for Wesfarmers Health, its businesses and brands in building and protecting reputation through the development and execution of strategic corporate and internal communication activities. This includes leading the effort to engage team members through thoughtful, strategic and creatively executed internal communication campaigns.The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:Corporate Communications

• Ownership of the Wesfarmers Health brand and associated assets
• Supporting the development of corporate publications and presentations
• Driving M&A communications activity
• Providing support for other key corporate communications elements

Internal Communications:

• Driving the Internal Communications strategy that enhances engagement of team members
• Driving key Internal Communications activities including internal events
• Supporting the voice of our Managing Director in delivering key messages to teams; and Health Leadership Team communication
• Creating and delivering of enterprise-wide Internal Communications calendar and oversee execution of tactics

What you'll bring:The successful candidate will have considerable experience in communications, PR & events within diverse, complex organisations, preferably in the health, retail, franchised sectors.Qualifications and experience:

• 10+ years' experience in corporate affairs, communication, public relations or marketing including experience working with senior executives

• Bachelors Degree or higher in business/commerce, law, communications, public relations or marketing
• Sophisticated understanding of communications and influencing strategies, how they come to life, and how success is measured
• Strategic thinker with experience in developing strategic plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes
• Strong leadership experience including managing performance
• Creative, energetic, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Project management skills, excellent time management and organisational skills
