The Role
As a Senior Manager, Product Performance, you will:
- Manage portfolio volumes, margins, revenue, and overall performance discipline.
- Develop and maintain accurate, flexible, driver-based forecast models for performance management.
- Analyse portfolio performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize returns.
- Collaborate with the C&TB Deposit Pricing team on product economic optimization and pricing initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on transfer pricing and ensure appropriate value attribution.
- Provide guidance to the business on regulatory changes and implications for C&TB portfolios.
Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related discipline.
- Experience in financial institutions within Treasury, Product, or Finance areas.
- Understanding of the current regulatory environment and its implications for banking products.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills, delivering results across teams.
- High-performing and innovative thinker focused on delivering tangible outcomes.
- Ability to breakdown business requirements with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles and data extraction.
- Advanced Excel, modelling, and analytical skills. Knowledge of analytic languages (SQL, Python, R, SAS) would be beneficial.
