How will I help?
The role will lead the ongoing embedment of reward policies and practices, working with senior stakeholders across the reward team and broader business. The role operates autonomously and under supervision in managing deliverables, projects, and relationships with key stakeholders on Executive Reward and reward governance matters.
Key activities for this role are outlined below:
  • Leading the embedment of reward policies, operating standards and controls to support ongoing operationalisation of prudential standard CPS 511 Remuneration.
  • Leading the review and enhancement of related systems, processes and documentation.
  • Leading prudential compliance and effectiveness reviews including the end to end triennial review.
  • Delivering papers for Management and Board remuneration committees and other stakeholders on reward related matters.
  • Leading the governance and reporting for the annual remuneration review of specific regulated roles.
  • Supporting implementation of remuneration disclosure and reporting requirements for CPS 511.

What do I need?
  • Knowledge and experience in a significant area of reward, preferably reward governance or executive remuneration.
  • Ability to analyse and assess a broad range of legislative, regulatory and corporate governance requirements, providing practical solutions to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills to prepare various types of formal documentation including Board papers, policies, operating standards and control frameworks.
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience in leading and implementing projects.
