Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics coordination with Trojena Projects for the logistics support.
- Oversee the management of operational activities including Logistics Parks, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Projects and cluster representatives to ensure seamless integration of logistics catalogue elements.
- Negotiate contracts as well as pricing team to optimize costs and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements & standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Manage logistics budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in logistics management for Construction, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, transportation modes, and routing.
