With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.What you'll doLead the delivery of the Public Relations and influencer engagement strategy with activity across earned media engagement for the Woolworths Food Group (Supermarkets, Woolworths Food Company, Woolworths Metro).Be at the forefront of innovative and creative news idea generation to maximise publicity opportunities for the Woolworths brand. * Ongoing delivery of key messaging across media channels and with influencers for the Woolworths food group, with a focus on proactive activity.Ensure messaging and activity across earned media activity delivers against the business strategy and differentiates Woolworths from key competitors.Lead management of external consumer PR agency partners in delivery of activity as per briefs and plans this includes financial management and flagging of approvals to Head of Media & PR. * Drive accountability, provide leadership and direction as trusted media and PR counsel to key stakeholders.What you'll bring
- 8+ years of Public Relations and Media Engagement experience - agency or in-house
- Strong Australian consumer / lifestyle media contacts and PR, Community experience with big consumer facing brands
