As the Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to a team of Strategic Account Managers to assist their growth, development and performance, both from a capability perspective as well as from a portfolio perspective. You will design and implement plans to achieve set revenue and market share targets and ensure achievement of overarching business strategies. Additionally, you will manage a small group of high-profile corporate accounts.
What you'll bring to the role:
Experience providing leadership, mentoring and coaching a team, and ability to manage their development and performance
Exceptional commercial acumen and customer orientation, with demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales initiatives that deliver tangible value to the business and customers
Highly developed selling, account management, contract negotiation and business planning skills
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence positive commercial outcomes
Ability to think creatively to develop initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency
Understanding of external environment and competitive trends as well as a strategic mind-set to maintain market position and meet objectives
Proven experience developing business and managing business activity
