We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to drive the development and implementation of our marketing and brand strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our marketing promotions and activities align with our brand and resonate with our target customer profiles.

- You will develop, coordinate, and drive marketing promotions and activities across multiple channels, including e-commerce, ensuring alignment with the company's brand vision and values.
- You will be responsible for product launches and joint market initiatives with industry leading brands and suppliers.
- You will be responsible for Global Sourcing.
- Effectively implement all campaign initiatives adhering to the communications campaign processes, on time and on budget, to help meet business objectives.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to define key marketing metrics and agreed targets, and report on performance against those metrics.
- Create, monitor and respond to social media campaigns to engage with our audience.
- Displaying/ merchandising in our Trade Service Centres and developing POS initiatives.
- Create compelling content to boost SEO and enhance our online presence.
- Develop various assets for internal and external print, digital, and social media platforms to amplify our brand's voice.
- Conduct research to define the target customer demographic and understand consumer trends.
- Perform competitor research and provide regular reporting to the Trade Service Centres.
- Maintain and curate the front-end of our eCommerce platform.
Qualification and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant qualifications is desirable.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in generalist marketing roles, with wholesale construction industry experience desirable.\ Proficiency in data analytics software for research.
- Experience in omnichannel marketing.
- Graphic design skills are desirable.
- Demonstrated campaign reporting skills across all channels.
- Intermediate experience in managing website content, with WordPress experience desirable.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
