Their pipeline is significant and includes some of Australia’s largest and most innovative masterplanned community developments.
  
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting to the CEO this role will see you play the lead role in the marketing of their large-scale masterplanned community developments. Key responsibilities will include:

• Identify, Engage, & Manage Consultants
• Develop, Maintain, & Support the Group’s Social Media Strategy
• Create & Implement Project Marketing Strategies for Developments
• Develop and maintain Marketing and Sales Management Plans
• Complete Marketing Campaign Analysis & Present Results to the Board 

Skills & experience
  
To be considered for this position it is essential that you have current experience as a marketing professional in masterplanned community developments. Other key requirements include:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing or Equivalent
• Ability to Create Digital Content with Understanding of Digital Media
• Creative & Innovative Flair to Identify Opportunities in Project Marketing
• Ability to Manage External Marketing Professionals & Consultants
• Experience in Masterplanned Community Marketing is Essential
