As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible in leading the development and implementation of the paid advertising strategies and associated initiatives. Driving a team to execute and deliver impactful advertising campaigns and initiatives through fully integrated marketing campaigns to meet Growth and product divisional objectives.
As a senior manager, you will lead a growing team of managers and specialists, incorporating market intelligence gathered regarding consumer, media and competitive insights and trends. Working collaboratively with business stakeholders you will ensure best possible acquisition and marketing outcomes for the company and corporate clients.

🔎Responsibilities
- Be a strategic thinker who has a track record of turning data-driven insights into marketing plans and campaigns
- Lead the development and manage the execution of marketing strategies and plans across Lines of business campaigns using sound logic, rationale and supporting data to build long term brand equity and drive profitable sales growth
- Leads, coaches and develops all reports in understanding, shaping and implementing the current marketing strategy whilst ensuring they remain focused on achieving their personal development plan
- Leadership of high-performance advertising team
- Lead a cross-functional campaign working group to deliver quality and efficiently
- Have strong commercial acumen and experience working with external suppliers and a broad spectrum of suppliers (small and large)
- Facilitates, interprets and evaluates sales, financial, consumer and brand health information to identify opportunities, overcome issues, evaluate activities and develop strategic recommendations and actions
🤝About you
You will be an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who is tertiary qualified in Communications/Advertising or Marketing. You will have experience working in heavily regulated environments such as finance or insurance. You will have excellent copywriting skills with proven experience in developing creative and engaging communications.
- 8 or more years of experience in a Senior Marketing role, and agency management experience.
- Strong background in marketing, campaign and media planning, creative production processes across offline and online.
- Demonstrated strategic agility with the ability to take a vison and make it happen
- A creative mindset and a desire to disrupt and deliver at speed
- Well-developed project management skills and a track record of delivery
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with peers, Managers and Heads of Business Units
- Be a good problem solver, with passion for technology and innovation.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Budgeting and reporting experience.
