Role Overview:

As a Marketing Manager at Trak Racer, you'll have the exciting opportunity to drive the brand's marketing strategy with a focus on PPC, esports and influencer marketing. This role combines the need for strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to executing marketing campaigns, optimizing sales channels, and managing key marketing functions. The ideal candidate is experienced in marketing within a fast-growth environment, adaptable, agile-minded, and a strong team player. You will report to the Business Unit Marketing Director and work closely with various departments to meet marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development and Execution: Define and implement innovative marketing strategies targeting esports and related industries. Work with influencer partnerships to meet brand objectives.
• Content Leadership: Lead content production, including videos and live broadcasts, to ensure high-quality output relevant to the audience.
• Digital Campaign Mastery: Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like SEM, Google Ads, and Meta, optimizing substantial advertising budgets.
• Social Media Innovations: Develop and implement a social media strategy to amplify brand presence and engagement.
• Email Marketing Expertise: Create and deploy segmented email marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads.
• Website Optimization: Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the website is fully optimized, focusing on continual updates and SEO improvements.
• Event Management: Organize and execute compelling on-site events, overseeing all facets from planning to post-event analysis.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's overall strategic objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Provide detailed insights on campaign performance, using data to refine marketing tactics and drive decisions.
• Sales & Marketing Coordination: Actively contribute to the definition and deployment of sales and marketing action plans, optimizing revenues and profit while monitoring dealer stock and invoicing.
• Public Events Management: Organize and manage Alpine public events, including Motorshows, in collaboration with operational departments.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure homogeneous and balanced allocation of resources (network/direct sales) to optimize sales and financial performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Implement brand strategy and develop brand image to reach excellence in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in esports or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing large budgets and leading successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the automobile industry with a focus on marketing and sales is beneficial.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Customer-oriented, result-driven, adaptable, and agile-minded.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages such as French or Dutch are advantageous but not mandatory.
