About the Role
We are searching for a highly motivated & experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a 12 month contract. You will demonstrate your creative expertise, brand storytelling skills, and design principles to create compelling materials and campaigns that effectively communicate DUAL’s unique value proposition and capabilities to diverse audiences.
Your ideas and dynamic approach will drive the development of engaging marking materials, ensuring that our brand message resonates with both current and prospective clients.
We will consider applications from either Melbourne or Sydney!
This role will see responsibility for:
- Build impactful and visually engaging storytelling collateral and presentations that showcase the essence of the DUAL ANZ brand and resonate with diverse audiences.
- Develop video concepts and storyboards to enhance brand storytelling through multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional videos.
- Build email and social media campaigns within Hubspot, while using all functions of Hubspot marketing and Sales Hub.
- Collaborate with other departments to create comprehensive cross-functional materials that optimally communicate key messages.
- Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity throughout all design projects, reinforcing brand recognition and strengthening brand equity
- Support team with LinkedIn content, internal communications, and press and media projects
- Collaborate on website design updates, advertising campaigns, and other projects as needed
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all design elements
- Provide creative input and ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
This role is ideal for a marketing all-rounder and a creative problem solver with outstanding writing, editing and communication skills and strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast paced and energetic environment.
As an ideal candidate you will:
- Have a minimum of 10 years Marketing experience preferably within corporate marketing and branding and be confident in all areas of marketing
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.
- Have extensive experience using CRM/email marketing software programs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Be self-motivated, highly organised and results oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have experience working with InDesign or Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite along with strong Power Point presentation skills.
