As the Senior Marketing Specialist at Telstra Health, you will lead a small team of marketing specialists and marketing coordinators supporting Telstra Health’s growth, focussing on the strength of our brand and reputation within the health, aged care and social services sectors.
In collaboration with other teams, you will play a key role for Telstra Health’s centralised Corporate Affairs unit, which includes responsibility for Telstra Health’s government relations, policy, stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing and events activities
Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by:
Developing implementing and monitoring lead generation and lead nurture campaigns to achieve revenue objectives
Supporting the launch of new products in line with the product roadmap, objectives and overall Business Unit strategy
Developing a deep understanding of the technologies and products, the competitive situation, and the market trends and dynamics in the primary care sector
Developing a competitive value proposition and messaging to heighten the brand perception within Telstra Health’s portfolio, including building value propositions, articulating the investment in product development and its value to Telstra Health’s customers
Gaining a strong understanding of Telstra Health’s pricing policy and assisting with the implementation and communication of price changes
Working collaboratively across the business in reviewing and improving the customer experience of the brand post-purchase supporting customer retention and ensuring product and marketing requirements align as a cohesive portfolio across other segments.
To take up this challenge you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrated experience in managing projects, priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes. You will have leadership experience, be a confident communicator and can work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams. You will come with a customer-first approach and understanding of customer journeys and success measures. Equally important will be finding a Senior Marketing Specialist who is agile, can work with ambiguity and who brings energy and creativity to Telstra Health and a team-oriented approach.
Experience in the digital health sector and knowledge of the health and aged care sectors in Australia and internationally will be highly regarded.
