Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and patient inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing recalls, filing, data entry, and billing.
- Updating patient referrals
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Previous experience in a Medical Receptionist or medical administrative role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in genie or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
