Senior Medical Receptionist / Practice Manager Role

This is a NEW Specialist Medical Centre (walking distance from St Leonards Train Station) and the soon to be opening Crows Nest Metro Station. Might consider negotiating in providing on site parking for the right candidate.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience in a specialist medical practice.
- Proficiency with BEST PRACTICE medical software.
Position Purpose: To offer high-calibre secretarial services for our Specialist Medical Centre.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Prior experience at a Medical Receptionist or practice manager experience is a must
- Collection of billings, Financial management. Ability to manage financial transactions (Medicare, DVA etc)
- Daily reconciliation, debt collection
- General reception and secretarial duties
- Booking of patient appointments Receipt, triage and responding to correspondence (including emails, letters, and phone calls)
- Competence with practice management software: Best Practice
- Exceptional communication abilities to foster relationships.
- Proficient multitasking skills to function optimally under pressure.
- Empathetic and compassionate nature.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Trustworthy and dependable.
- Sound computer skills, including Word and Excel.

- Salary: $35.00 - $37.00/hr
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Performance-based bonus available.
