Responsibilities Include:
- Efficiently managing patient arrivals and departures
- Providing administrative support for Doctors and Nurses
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Responding to phone calls, faxes, and emails
- Scanning reports and faxes
- Following up on debtor lists and unpaid accounts
- Handling recalls and online claiming
- Expertise in dealing with rejections
- Active support for Practice accreditation
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum1 year experience in General Practice
-Worked in one location > 12 months
- Proficient in Best Practice Software
- High attention to detail and Organisational Skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Work Cover and DVA billings
- Positive mindset
