Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and improve corporate systems with a focus on security and privacy.
• Solve complex technical challenges across multiple companies, sites, and domains.
• Excel in managing corporate IT systems, ensuring seamless integration with O365, IT vendor management, CRMs like Salesforce, and more.
• Demonstrate proficiency in networking, both physical and wifi, to ensure robust connectivity.
• Champion self-service, automation, and observable infrastructure to simplify processes.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth communication channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in corporate systems engineering, with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of security and privacy principles in system design and implementation.
• Proficiency in networking, both physical and wifi, with the ability to configure and optimize systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing corporate IT systems such as O365, IT vendor management, CRMs like Salesforce, etc.
• A results-oriented mindset with a bias towards delivering high-quality, consistent outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to dive deep into various aspects of the business to optimize internal systems.
• A hunger for personal growth and a willingness to embrace constructive criticism as an opportunity for learning and improvement.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and delegate effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with systems configuration and increasing adoption rates of new solutions.
• Past experience with software engineering teams, vendors, or suppliers, fostering effective partnerships.
