The exciting opportunity:

• Be part of the transition to a brand new Aged Care facility, located 30 minutes from Perth’s CBD
• Report directly to the General Manager Residential Care
• Provide therapy and lifestyle services in line with standards, guidelines, legislation, funding [KG1]and organisational policies
• Create, implement, and assess programs tailored to meet consumers' needs and care plans
• Establish and oversee systems to evaluate and monitor the quality of therapy services
• Oversee the review of therapy services, actively seeking areas for improvement
• Ensure services oprerate in line with budgetary requirements

About you:

• Experience as an Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
• Capability in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalised care plans
• Proven track record working in Residential Aged Care and sound understanding of Aged Care legislation and standards [KG4]
• Confident in your knowledge and able to mentor, supervise and manage a team
• Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented, empathetic, patient and creative
