ABOUT THE ROLE
The role requires the successful applicant to demonstrate experience in successfully contributing projects, training courses, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contracts, RTO compliance requirements and implementation of program related activities.
Applicants for the role should have demonstrated experience in using a range of learning technologies and learning management system and in the development of training materials.
You will be responsible for:
- Design, review. develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development materials, including training and assessment strategies, learner, trainer and assessor materials, in accordance with current AMSA RTO policies and ASQA standards.
- Project manage and contribute to the development of e-Learning and blended learning training courses, ensuring best practice in adult learning.
- Work in a team to coordinate development, engagement and delivery of annualised national and internal training programs, including professional training of the National Response Team, AMSA Response Centre, and other relevant AMSA response areas.
- Coordinate training course logistical requirements and administration including learner management processes.
- Work in a team to identify, implement and evaluate continuous improvement to support strategic training directions and organisational priorities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training Assessment (or a directly relevant qualification).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in adult learning and instructional design principles for the development, delivery, facilitation, assessment, and continuous improvement for both face-to-face and e-Learning programs.
- Demonstrated experience working within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or training environment with an understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Quality Framework (VQF) and VET regulation.
- Demonstrated technical skills in MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and other collaborative platforms.
