The Role
The Senior Officer Recruitment is responsible for providing end-to end recruitment support and advice across all ACECQA business groups. This role monitors, coordinates and supports all activities related to recruitment and is responsible for ensuring recruitment practices meet legislative and policy requirements.
This role is full time and ongoing at ACECQA Band 5 ($94,314 to $118,405).
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Sound knowledge, skills and experience in a generalist human resources environment supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent public sector work experience.
- Experience recruiting for a diverse range of roles and a strong record of recruiting candidates across both technical and non-technical disciplines; preferably in a public sector environment.
- Proficient user of business and human resources tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office, HR/payroll software, and electronic document management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively at all levels across the organisation, influencing and educating others to achieve organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently present messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner using a variety of written and oral styles adapted to the target audience.
- Demonstrated ability in time management, along with the organisational and problem-solving skills required to identify patterns and relationships and apply solutions in a human resources environment.
