A fixed term employment until 30th April 2025 as a Senior Operations Assistant which could potentially open doors and opportunities to further your career at Water Corporation.
We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated administration professional!
You will play a vital part within a small leadership team supporting the multi discipline team of the Goldfields district providing water and wastewater services to the community.
Developing strong relationships with our business partners and central business groups, you will assist in the smooth provision of operations whilst meeting the customer and business needs.

The fundamentals of the role:
Helping key stakeholders and customers with operational enquiries to ensure the delivery of services.
Support operations staff with training, administration, and Water Corporation processes.
Oversee reporting and following up on issues relating to facility / property / building management.
Coordinate procurement, logistics and stores operations.
Support Operations Manager with meetings, recruitment, work permits and site visits.
Oversee data entry for water quality and performance information.
Key skills and experience:
· Considerable experience in providing business and customer service support.
· Significant experience in a broad range of administration functions.
· Advanced computing skills and the use of programs such as Microsoft and SAP.
· Sound knowledge of asset operation and customer services in utility environment
· Driver’s license and Fork-lift license (HRWL – LF) desirable
