Job Description
Toll Global Forwarding is seeking a driven Senior Operations Coordinator - Sea and Air and ensure timely and accurate processing of Air and Ocean freight import/export shipments, to meet both business and client specific KPI’s. This role will work with one other Coordinator and report to the Branch Manager - WA & SA.
Some of your duties may include:
Distribute import registrations to be processed. (Process if required)
Complete Customs export compliance requirements
Arrange Export shipments – Air & sea, includes bookings, PRA’s EDN’s
Origin compliance, including document management
Maintain data integrity – checking arrival notices and outturn reports
Engage with all Customers to fill their requirements
About You:
2-3 years Freight Forwarding experience in imports, exports, or transport operations.
Results-orientated and resilient strong numerical and analytical skills
Interpersonal/Communication skills, especially listening
Team worker, with a natural tendency towards collaboration
