The Senior Operations Manager will assist the Deputy Principal Registrar to support the courts, frontline service delivery and facilities in the QEII Courts of Law and manage a program of work to seek out and implement sustainable system and operational-level continuous improvement. This will involve the streamlining of systems and processes operating in the Brisbane registry and across the greater Supreme District and Land Courts Service.
The SOM will use their strong communication skills, along with project and change management experience to provide clear direction and support to staff to improve operational practice and create a continuous improvement culture. The SOM will also ensure oversight and coordination of activities both within the registry and more broadly across SDLCS.
The role has financial and human resource delegations and exercises statutory duties, powers and functions under the provisions of relevant legislation while ensuring adherence to ethical decision-making principles and standards.
