Human Resource Officer required for a local Not for Profit in Darwin

Your new role
You will be responsible for providing quality generalist advice and high level administration support to the managers and employee on a range of HR matters.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to HR enquiries and referring to the correct team
- Track and monitor all employment related practises such as probations and employee reviews
- Assist with HR documentation
- Assist with collating numerous reports and data
- Provide advice and support to management staff
- Keep up to date with employment legislation best practices.
- Generalist HR duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in HR and/or relevant work experience
- The ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation
You will be required to have a NT Driver’s licence and be able to undergo a criminal history check.
