We are currently seeking a Senior Organisation Development Advisor to join our People team on a 12-month Parental Leave contract.
This role will design and deliver impactful Organisation Development solutions, setting up John Holland to deliver its strategy and future proof the organisation. You will act as a key project lead, advisor, and coach to develop key behaviours, capabilities and embed our core people practices.
This position can be based out of Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
About the Role
- Support the Head of Organisation Development to implement key strategic initiatives aligned to the People Strategic Plan and Business Unit Organisation Development priorities.
- Support the full range of Organisation Development initiatives required for the successful delivery and execution.
- Continually review current practices and their outcomes that positively impacts the employee experience.
- Lead the design and implementation of the annual “Your Say” engagement Survey, including designing stakeholder, communication, implementation, and results roll out plans.
- Lead other key end-to-end programs and initiatives, including Performance Management Cycle, Talent & Succession Management, and Leadership Development.
- Design, develop and deliver the new Leader Onboarding experience for newly appointed leaders partnering with various stakeholders to design the most effective organisation wide solution.
- Partner with People Teams to provide operational support and advise to business units and Projects in relation to all aspects of our offering including Performance Mgt cycle, employee listening strategy, leadership development, that supports the overall employee experience.
- Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings and engage with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Partner with internal People functions to embed the various initiatives supporting the employee lifecycle and specific BAU activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development, and employee experience.
- Continuously enhance your own professional knowledge and skills to provide expert advice and guidance to the organisation.
- Stay updated on People technologies and tools to recommend and implement innovative solutions that enhance the experience and increase the effectiveness of our solutions.
- Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Work to improve the employee experience locally and across the enterprise and support the broader Employee Experience function with additional projects as required.
This position will see you holding a degree qualification in Human Resources, Education/Training, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
You will have prior experience in Organisational Development, Learning or generalist Human Resources roles, coupled with Project Management experience in this space.
Your proven ability to work cross functionally, building strong business partnerships, along with your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, will see you succeed in the role.
