About the Role:
- Provide specialist advice, recommendations and support the development and implementation of organisational capability and employee engagement initiatives including learning and development, hospital accreditations relating to workforce matters and employee surveys.
- Effectively engage with senior management, supervisors and staff on matters relating to organisational capability, including staff satisfaction, learning and development, diversity and inclusion and culture change.
- Maintain influential and consultative working relationships, partnering with key stakeholders to establish and maintain relevant procedures, policy and governance frameworks.
- Effectively plan, monitor and report on project progress to ensure key milestones and deliverables are met within agreed timeframes.
- Manage the delivery of detailed business cases, project plans and closure reports for specialised projects.
- Implement organisational change initiatives as identified by MSH including development of strategies to resolve areas of risk identified through audit and accreditation preparation and issues identified through employee surveys.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops and presentations on workforce service practices as required.
