About the Role
We have two new permanent full-time opportunities for Senior Managers to join icare’s Worker’s Compensation Strategic Partnering and Performance team. The purpose of these roles is to facilitate the achievement of the Workers Compensation Scheme Principles and build strong and functional relationships between icare and one or more Claims Service Providers (CSP’s).
To be successful, you will need to have experience in the application of commercial, claims, and/or strategic provider management to manage and balance the inputs from icare on our partners, against core contractual and legislative requirements.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same and this role will encompass a wide range of activities; the key areas of responsibility will entrust you to:
- Work in partnership with the counterpart Relationship Manager (at the CSP) to foster a positive and collaborative relationship between icare and the CSP and facilitate communication between icare and the CSP.
- With the Head of CSP Partnering & Performance build strategies and manage the commercial and contractual relationship with the CSP.
- Manage and prioritise critical, contractual actions with other specialists across icare including but not limited to technical teams, SMEs, project stakeholders, Commercial and Finance divisions, and change partnership areas.
- Manage triage, communication, and resolution where risks or issues are identified which impact CSP performance and engagement.
Skills & Experience
- Expertise in Workers Compensation Claims with extensive experience in similar roles involving claims strategy and strategic relationship management.
- Seasoned experience in vendor management, commercial management, contract and supplier relationship strategy development and management.
- Leadership experience with technology, contract or process-based change projects and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Stakeholder relationship management expertise with the ability to drive positive outcomes through collaboration and influence.
