About the role:
As the Partnership Manager, you will be instrumental in acquiring, nurturing, and growing broker relationships to drive the adoption of their platform. This role demands proactive sales, customer engagement, and hands-on support to guide brokers in transitioning from manual processes to a streamlined platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Go-To-Market sales strategy, tailored to both emerging and experienced brokers.
- Harness existing partnerships with key Aggregators to maximise outreach.
- Implement marketing and contact strategies via industry bodies, aggregators, lenders, and social media.
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
- Provide comprehensive support and training to ensure brokers optimise platform utilisation.
- Conduct software demonstrations and presentations to small groups.
- Foster and maintain client relationships to drive platform loyalty.
About You:
- 5 years of experience in commercial lending, aggregator, broker, or aligned technology partner roles.
- Networks within the commercial broking industry in NSW.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology and CRM tools for customer engagement.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with adaptability to evolving needs.
- Collaborative team player with a self-motivated, independent work ethic.
