Your new company:
This leading Queensland organisation that are a leader in their industry are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic A03 Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3–4 months approx. Based in Brisbane City, the office is easily accessible by public transport.
Your new role:
Supporting the finance team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Reconciliations
- Email and phone correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Disbursement of outgoing payments
- Credit allocations
What you’ll need to succeed:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
