Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial strategy, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of strategic commercial partnerships that align with the organization's goals and objectives. You will also lead the key business rhythms for CUB while delivering continuous improvement leading various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver against partnership contract metrics, providing visibility on how CUB is tracking
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements in contracts
- Review, propose & negotiate opportunities to extract more value from partners.
- Prepare regular reports for management & stakeholders on partnership.
- Challenge license scope to capture emerging categories & future proof brand partnership
- Lead internal forums focusing discussion on the important topics and driving continuous improvement: IBP, 1YP, PMR, MTP, MTP timelines, SKU Opti, SLOBs
- Lead various cross functional projects
- Partnerships - work closely with internal teams eg sales, marketing, supply chain, finance to ensure seamless collaboration with partners
- Leadership and development of the team - both direct & indirect
- Solid experience in a sales and commercial environment
- Proven negotiation in a commercial setting
- Outstanding influencing and stakeholder management skills and experience
