A multi-awarded dealership. Our client has been selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Wagga Wagga and the surrounding area.
About the role
Working with a reputable multi-franchise dealership that is family owned and operated. This role will suit an energetic individual looking for the next step up in their career, working closely to support the Parts Manager.
Duties
Working with our trade customers, technicians, and the general public.
Assisting the Parts Department, providing parts to both internal and external customers.
Promotion and sales of various products and/or services to suit customer needs.
Handling of parts sales and enquiries.
Placement and management of daily orders.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and fellow staff.
Processing incoming orders and contributing to accurate inventory management.
Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support.
Mentor and support Parts Interpreters
Skills and experience
Experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter will be highly regarded.
Mechanical knowledge is desirable.
Proficient computer competency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide great customer service.
