Your new role:
Reporting to the South Australian Human Resources Manager, as the Industrial Relations / Employee Relations Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining their reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective industrial and employee relations strategies.
- Provide expert advice on workplace compliance, employee rights, and dispute resolution.
- Shape policies, procedures, and agreements that foster a positive work environment.
- Partner with leaders to address complex ER matters and drive cultural change.
- Support the Human Resources Manager in EA negotiations.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to ensure best practices.
- General day-to-day human resources best practice advice.
