As an advocate for their values, you will collaborate closely with both the People and business teams, offering guidance, solving challenges, and spearheading programs to support all employees on their journey to success.
The Role
• Provide informed and reliable People & Culture advice to senior management • Define and oversee People & Culture plans, strategies, and activities to enhance business operations
• Act as a catalyst for change by providing ideas, advice, and constructively challenging leaders on people-related matters
• Offer continuous advice and support to leaders in resolving employment-related matters
• Identify and promote companywide initiatives
• Exemplify a growth mindset to inspire the team to collaborate and solve problems together
• Provide advice on company policies, procedures, entitlements, and employment legislation.
We are looking for someone passionate about fostering the growth of individuals and teams in a dynamic environment. As an experienced HR professional, possess the ability to execute tasks efficiently, think strategically, and adapt to the needs of leaders and teams.
What's required?
• Tertiary qualifications are desirable. You bring experience in previous HR/P&C partner roles, championing People & Culture
• Exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to consult and influence a broad range of stakeholders during key change initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation, and consultative skills are essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of HR legislation, risk, and compliance issues
