About the Role
We are seeking applications for the permanent, full-time role of Senior People and Culture Business Partner. This is an essential role within the People and Culture team, working collaboratively across the organisation to support our people leaders.
In this role you will:
• Work closely with the Executive Director – People and Culture to ensure our leaders are guided and coached to expand their understanding of QPAC’s policies and procedures and our unique industrial relations environment.
• Work closely with the People and Culture Portfolio and other Portfolio leaders to assist in implementing a new ERP system organisation wide.
• Partner with our leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide guidance on all people-related matters proves engagement and
• Take a data-informed approach to designing and implementing new initiatives to support organisational objectives.
• Lead our Talent Acquisition function to ensure best practice approach
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a previous Business Partnering role in a complex and diverse organisation.
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and a strong understanding of Australian Employee and Industrial Relations. You will have demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Experience implementing a HRIS to a medium size organisation will be highly regarded.
This full-time permanent role is onsite in our iconic South Brisbane venue. You will hold full working rights and a willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
